St James’ White City Living development in West London has been awarded Gold for Best Development at the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards.
Now in its tenth year of delivery, the project has become one of London’s most ambitious and successful regeneration stories. With over half of its planned 2,500 homes already complete and occupied, the development has matured into a vibrant, connected community defined by architectural quality, exceptional amenities and meaningful local engagement.

September saw the opening of The Beach Club – London’s first residential rooftop beach, located above Westmont Residences. This was transformed, in celebration of Fashion Week, into a fashion stage for the JCA | London Fashion Academy MA Show, led by legendary designer, Professor Jimmy Choo. The event not only celebrated emerging fashion talent but also demonstrated the versatility and ambition of the development’s amenities, capable of hosting world-class creative showcases.
In the same month, St James collaborated with Ark Burlington Danes Academy on a public art installation showcasing the work of talented young local artists. The installation is now proudly displayed within White City Living, for both residents and the wider community to enjoy.
